With over 2 million bottles sold, Love Cork Screw has redefined what a Black-owned wine brand can look like on a national stage. Chrishon personally leads tastings and vineyard experiences — bringing the brand straight from the label to the glass.

CLINK Festival is an established annual event held in Chicago's Fulton Market district at MFG Morgan — and it's been covered by ABC 7. What started as a brand activation became a full cultural moment: wine, music, community, and the brands all in one room. CLINK is where the LCS universe comes alive.

Never a straight line — so here's how it went

2010
Started with a blog nobody asked for
Love Cork Screw began as a digital space to talk about wine differently — accessible, cultural, real. The wine industry wasn't ready. Chrishon didn't care.
2013
Became one of the few Black women négociants in the country
After earning her credentials, Chrishon officially launched Love Cork Screw as a wine portfolio — moving from content creator to brand founder in an industry that didn't look like her.
2019
Reached 1,000+ retail locations nationally
Love Cork Screw landed in Target, Mariano's, and specialty retailers across the country — becoming one of the most widely distributed Black woman-owned wine brands in America.
2021
Co-founded Sip & Empower and launched CLINK Festival
Tired of being the only one in the room, Chrishon co-founded the Sip & Empower Foundation — a 501(c)(3) celebrating Black and women-owned wine, spirits, and food brands. CLINK Festival became the movement, bringing community, culture, and commerce to Chicago's Fulton Market. Featured on ABC 7.
2021
Launched The Lampley in honor of her father
After losing her father Lou to CTE, Chrishon created The Lampley — a home goods brand that honors his memory while supporting CTE awareness and thyroid disease research. Every purchase gives back.
2026
Launched The Lampley Learning
After building three brands from scratch, Chrishon opened the playbook — creating a monthly membership for entrepreneurs who refuse to wait for permission.
Now
2M+ bottles sold. 10,000 entrepreneurs to go.
Chrishon continues to grow all three brands, co-lead Sip & Empower, and speak on stages nationwide — with a mission to help 10,000 founders build profitable businesses by 2030.
